Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product type, as all items are manufactured to your specific requirements. Below is an approximate guide to our delivery timelines:

uPVC Sash Windows: Approximately 5 weeks from order confirmation.

Timber sash windows: Aproximately 8 weeks from order confirmation.

Production begins immediately upon order confirmation and receipt of all necessary measurements.

Tracking Your Order

Our products are delivered on trucks direct from the factory so we don’t have tracking numbers. We will give you the expected day of arrival as soon as we have it. The driver will call you prior to arriving.
