This glazing option provides excellent thermal efficiency with a U-value as low as 1.2 W/m²K, helping to keep homes warmer in winter and cooler in summer while reducing energy bills.
The warm edge spacer further improves insulation and minimises condensation.
In addition, the glazing provides sound reduction of up to 34dB, ensuring a quieter, more comfortable living environment.
For added safety and peace of mind, the bottom sash is always supplied with toughened glass, ensuring durability and compliance with building regulations.
