All our products are custom-made based on the precise measurements and specifications provided by you. As such, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items unless they are defective or do not conform to the agreed specifications.
Damaged or Defective Products
We strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
Inspect Upon Delivery: Examine all items upon receipt. If you notice any damage, inform the delivery personnel and document the issue.
Report Issues Promptly: Contact us by email to sales@colinssashwindows.ie within 48 hours of delivery to report any damage or defects. Please provide:
